[sync] another update on syncing with Nokia, generic data time issues

Hi,

all of the Nokia specific issues should be fixed by now. You need to 
upgrade iCalendar, SyncML and XML_WBXML packages. Then give it a try.

Please be aware that there may be some issues with UTC time conversion 
after the end of DST (in Europe). This applies to all clients and may 
result in calendar times being one our off. Please don't blame me, if 
your're late for a meeting ;-)
