[sync] Turba, OpneLDAP, Outlook and SyncML

Hi!

I found out that these are not syncable with sync4j's outlook connector:

        'workAddress' => 'postalAddress',
        'workPostalCode' => 'postalcode',
        'workCity' => 'l',

The corresponding Outlook fields remain empty.

What am I doing wrong?
