[sync] SyncML improvements

Yep, I was circling around that webpage while trying to think how I 
should checkout framework and other packages. Is it horde and framework 
checked out under it, similarly like imp/kronolith/etc? Or is horde 
checked out under framework?

Yes, it should be able to write into /tmp/sync. Also logging was set 
PEAR_DEBUG_LOG. I have had this working before, but then it was on 
production servers... now there is htpasswd authentication first, but 
phone gets through it as I can see it in apache logs.

Yep, that was done, and was seen in apache that it was reached. I think 
it is that framework thing I don't get now...
