[sync] XML_WBXML trouble

Running this script  http://www.nabble.com/user-files/136/test.php test.php 
on  http://www.nabble.com/user-files/137/syncml_client_packet_1.xml
syncml_client_packet_1.xml  gives the following error: unable to find
codepage for syncml:devinf1.1! generated by function toCodePageURI($uri) on
line 88 in framework/XML_WBXML/WBXML/DTD.php,v 1.9.
