[sync] Fwd: Syncing contacts with P990 mostly working! / Horde server problems

The mail below never made it to the list. I'm thinking that it may have
something to do with the server problems described at the end of the
original message, so I'm sending it through a different server as a test.
I'm able to receive the messages sent to the list without problems.

I've just tried syncing current CVS with a SonyEricsson P990 (Symbian
9.0 / SyncML 1.2), and imagine my surprise when it actually worked!

I've only found one bug so far: Cell phone numbers are not handled
correctly, they are seen as work phone numbers (see bug 4484).
Also, if I create a mobile entry in Horde, this entry is seen as as a
regular phone. Horde sends this entry as "TEL;TYPE=CELL:33333333" (no
bug filed yet).


I'll try the other databases on the phone later, and I'll add data
examples to the wiki. But I'm currently having some problems accessing
the wiki and bug database from my home connection. If I go to
http://wiki.horde.org the browser just hangs at "loading" forever
(without ever timing out, weird).
If I try "telnet wiki.horde.org 80" I get a connection, but no reply
after I issue a "GET /" command.
Has anyone experienced similar problems, and are there alternative
addresses that I could try?
