[sync] vTigerCRM connector

I checked with the Funambol Outlook connector and other people are using 
the Funambol palm and Windows Mobile connectors. So there's a good 
chance the SugarCRM connector might work as well. However it's not 
tested yet. And make sure to use a current cvs version.
