[sync] Can't sync using Palm Treo 700wx and SyncML

So anyone have any ideas on where I can start in attempting to debug 
this? I have just downloaded the latest Synthesis client and I am still 
getting the same issues. I have tried different types of syncs (slow, 
update server, normal) and I still get the same issue. It seems to me 
that it might be timing out but I am not really sure.
