[sync] 2 Horde Installs

Hi there

I just wondere how I can sync two accounts on two different horde 
installations.

The scenario is like this:

One of my bosses works in two businesses. Everything is seperated, however a 
syncronized task/calendar is a must.

So either I see an option that somehow a sync can be set between the two 
calendars/task lists or that in install2 he can include the calendar and task 
list from install1 in a way that he can also allow it to be shared and written 
to by other users on install2.

Anyone of you has some suggestions?
