[sync] free client for Iphone

hi dom,

as has been mentioned, funambol only does contacts -- even if you have a
jailbroken version of iphone -- no one has taken the step to figure out
the undocumented api to access calender, etc.

the only *free* way to sync calendar, etc, is with the active sync
client which is included in the iphone's o/s.

i have just tested zimbra (which has support for active sync and has an
oulook connector), but of course, it ain't free :-(. there are some
other linux based groupware packages that support active sync, but they
are all non-free as well.
