[sync] SyncML sends all contacts, then fails with 'Already Exists'

I have exactly the same problem using syncevolution on the N900. It seems that 
it appears since the upgrade to horde 4.0.x.

Currently I have nothing to add to what Mario wrote, but if I can test 
something, let me know.
