No. This has nothing to do with the problem you are describing. This  
basically says if an email is *received* that contains a  
message/rfc822 attachment then some, if not most, ActiveSync clients  
will not be able to read the attachment. If this is the only way the  
attachment is presented, therefore, the client will not be able to  
read it.  It has nothing to do with how ActiveSync handles SENDING a  
forwarded message.
