It is not a problem of Active Sync but more a problem when using  
different devices (Mobile,Thunderbird...) and protocols like  
EAS/iCal/CaldDAV/SyncML. With this i had all-day events wandering  
around sometimes spannig two days or mvoing to the wrong day.
