[trean] missing conf files

He there 

I did install the latest version from trean on my
system (from horde cvs) but when I start trean I’m
receiving the following error on my webpage:
********** BEGIN ERROR
Some of Trean's configuration files are missing: 
conf.php This is the main Trean configuration file. It
contains options for all Trean scripts. 
********** END ERROR
Could someone tell me where i can get the missing
files not from horde cvs.

It’s really great stuff 

Can someone please help me!
