[trean] missing conf files

They are automatically generated.  See trean/docs/INSTALL.
I know there is at least general instructions in that file.  If you
don't get enough help there, maybe look at the INSTALL file for
IMP, Nag, or Mnemo...  Basic idea is the same for most CVS HEAD modules
now.
