[turba] Correct Way to Implement Public & Private Addressbooks?

I would strongly recommend that you implement ldap and stuff your entries in
it vs sql. The reason for this is it is a more standard way and other popular
mail clients interface to an ldap, not an sql server.
Just a humble opinion as I do not know your situation.
