[turba] browse

Updated turba from CVS this morning. This is the error message I got when I
click on the browse icon at the top left. 

Fatal error: Failed opening required
'/horde/config/../turba/templates/browse/head.inc'
(include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:.:/usr/local/phplib') in 
/horde/turba/browse.php on line 65

I don't have a turba/templates/browse directory and I have neither the
head.inc nor the foot.inc that the turba/browse.php references.  Am I doing
something wrong or did this file not get added to the repository when the
author last updated browse.php?
