[turba] Options don't work

I am running the following:

Horde 2.0
Imp 3.1-RC3
Turba 1.1-RC1

I am able to access all features of Turba except the options page.

When I click on options I get the following in my error log file:

I have also noticed that it defaults to the standard theme, rather than my 
saved one.

I noticed in /horde/lib/Horde.php there is a HORD_UPDATE_PREFS, but no 
UPDATE_PREFS.  I added that definition, but do not know what to do to 
eliminate the 1st and 3rd error.

Does anyone have any ideas?
