[turba] Case problem

Just checked out latest RELENG_3 versions of Horde, IMP, and Turba,
and still have one remaining issue with Turba. Depending on the case
of the login name I use when I log into IMP (upper, lower, or a mixture of
the two), I can or cannot edit certain items in "My addressbook".
Unless the case is the same as when I had logged in to create the
entry, the "Edit|Delete" choices do not appear when I click on the entry
to get its details. However, I can still view everything fine no matter how
I log in. Using MySQL to store the contact information and preferences.
