[turba] Add addresses to "My Addressbook" from an LDAP directory.

Hello -

I wonder if a feature to add an address to "My Addressbook" from the
LDAP directory has been considered?    I haven't checked out CVS, and
I plan to wait until the next stable release to upgrade. I am
currently running Turba 1.1.
