[turba] Little help please...

Hello,
 
            I have Horde 2.1 and IMP 3.1 w/ Turba 1.1 installed.
Everything works fine except for Turba.
 
When I go into the Global Address Book to browse it says that there are
no entries, which is fine, because there isn't.
When I try and go to "Add" an entry in the Global Address Book it won't
let me, it says to contact the System Administrator. I think that this
is a permissions problem, or that I have to set some type of "write"
access in my ldap configuration. I have no idea how though and I was
wondering if anyone could help me out. I need to get this working today,
it is very important.
