[turba] Login capitalization is not respected

Good suggestion.  My ideas was: get an imap server that isn't buggy.

The RFC's make it clear that while the domain isn't case sensitive,
the user portion is.  Any imap server that functions otherwise (like
mine for example) is broken, and should be fixed or replaced (though
I've yet to do either).
