[turba] LDAP Attributes Not All Displayed

Some things I have learned over the last few days of setting mine up
(just added 20 new attributes tonight!):
1)  make sure that all attribute names in the sources.php map section
are lowercase
2)  make sure that ll the attributes listed in the sources.php map
section correspond to something in attributes.php
3)  make sure that all the attributes in attributes.php you want to show
up are in the map section of sources.php
4)  make sure you have ACL's set correctly to actually view them :)

Maybe that'll help some...
