[turba] Turba does not start

I just installed Horda+IMP+Turba.

Now, when clicking on the Turba Icon, I don't get anything happening. The
browser tries to link to the following, with no success.

If I try to access the program under /turba/browse.php, everything functions
perfectly.

Any clue why is that?
