[turba] AddressBook Schemas

I've done this as several others on the list.  However I'm not using the 
standard Horde schemas because of this.  I didn't want to hack the existing 
schemas in openldap so I made my own.  but truth be told, most of the people i 
have set this up for use IMP rather than any of the other clients.  let us 
know what you need to get this to work.
