[turba] language specific characters

ok, the 1st one with the erros was due to a messed php-accelerator. fixed now. 
now i can add german special chars and have them displayed correctly in turba 
(ldap). but the "import" csv is still ignoring those special characters 
(ignore = not converting them when trying to add the new dn in openldap)

any hints? thanks
