[turba] Export Addressbook: source file could not be read error ...

Not sure if its just something I haven't set, but can't find anyting in
options for it ...

If I click on Export in Import/Export, it gives me an error:

C:\Doc ... could not be saved, because the source file could not be read

I've found other references to this on Google, concerning Mozilla, but no
solutions ... is this a Mozilla problem?  Or something I'm mis-configuring
on the server side?
