[turba] Turba not importing CSV files in MySQL

Hi Jan,

yes, File_CSV is installed according to horde/test.php and this is the
result of
$ pear list-all

File                 1.0.3     1.0.3
File_Find            0.2.0     0.2.0
File_HtAccess        1.1.0     1.1.0
File_SearchReplace   1.0.1     1.0.1

Could there be a conflict?
