[turba] Turba not importing CSV files in MySQL

Hi Jan,

I have attached 2 csv files.

I must say that I just now, while writing have tried to import again. The
first thing I did was delete all present entries so I could easily spot the
differences. The next thing I did was trying to import the 4 fields file.
That failed :-O!!

I then tried importing the 5 fields file, and that worked! Which I never was
able to do until now :-\
After that attempt, I succesfully imported several more csv files, each with
a different number of fields, and they all got imported successfully. :-s
The only difference between the state of yesterday and today is the date...

After trying this, I deleted all the items again, and the next import in a
clean addressbook failed again. The second attempt succeeded, the third
failed, the last 4 imports succeeded....

I think the finger can not be pointed to the 4 fields limit any longer... It
seems to happen randomly?
