[turba] Turba Patch - allowing LDAP addresses to be added to SQL addressbooks

It was probably split in the interest of open source maximum 
configurability.  It's my opinion, as well, that the least number of files 
affected is the best solution, as long as there are no obvious adverse 
affects from doing so.
