The reason why I created a 2nd footer was to get the "logic" out of the 
template
files.  I'm not sure what Horde's general rule about this is, but I 
guessed and
went 1 way with it.  Using 1 footer would be nice, and if that sounds better,
just lemme know and I will use some logic to do it.
