[turba] ERROR Messages on NEW TURBA INSTALL

I have CVS/Turba installed and configured through: Administration->Configuration->Turba.

Used default configuration as follows:

$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql;
$conf['search']['cache'] = false;

When opening Apps - Address Book I get these messages on the screen:

What have I missed ?
