[turba] turba 2.0 simply doesn't do anything for me

First, I would probably compare 
horde/turba/scripts/sql/turba_objects.mysql.sql
with a dump of your active turba_objects table in mysql to see if the upgrade
script was successful or not and correct the problem.

I'm not sure what the mysql changes were because I use ldap and haven't 
kept up
with the mysql side.  You should probably let the list know which version you
were using before updating, too.
