[turba] Turba upgrade to 2 cant see contacts

Hi,

Ive just setup a separate installation of Turba 2 and imp 4 with the new
Horde Framework 3. In Turba 1.2.2 I can see all the contacts fine. In
turba 2 I cannot see any of the contacts. No errors are returned. The
contacts are held in a MySQL database of which I now see it pulls the
MySQL details from the Horde framework. I have read the upgrade document
and used the sql script to upgrade my database. The only item I haven't
run is the PHP file in the upgrades folder. Will this solve the problem?
Im a bit reluctant to run it as I still need users to use the old
version of Turba/IMP/Horde until im happy with the new setup. Also what
does -

$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql';

Mean ? Im not sure what value should be in there.
