[turba] Turba upgrade to 2 cant see contacts

Hi,
 
Ive added the missing SQL fields, new contacts I can now see but old ones I cannot. Is there something else that needs to be converted?

Then you did *not* run the upgrade script that came with Turba 1.2. Or the
upgrade failed.
