[turba] Translate error in Turba

Hello

in TURBA 2.0.2 the field "title" is translated to "Position" in german. I think
this is not correct because most of the time people want to use this field for
the "Herr/Frau Dr. .." präfix so it should be "Titel" oder "Anrede".

Location is in turba/po/de_DE.po line 942.
