[turba] Browsing problem with long customer list

Actually, on further examination, it's not from this change. I found two 
problems in broswe.php:

1) If there is no browseable source and a search is performed, it will 
never get displayed in browse.php because it checks for $source_count to be 
zero before any search results are displayed.

2) Somewhat related, if you choose a non-browseable addressbook to be your 
default addressbook in turba, then the browse attribute is ignored in 
browse.php.

I'm close to fixing, and will commit when fixed...
