[turba] Browsing Contact Lists while 'browse' is false

If number of contacts in the addressbook is too much, then setting 
'browse' to false prevents empty searches and web server lockups. As i 
understand from an earlier post of Michael Rubinsky, it should still be 
possible to browse "contact lists" even if 'browse' is set to false. 
However, the real case is different. Setting 'browse' to false also 
disables browsing the "contact lists" as well.

Any hint or workaround?
