[turba] Add from browse

Hi all,

my client wants to be able to add a contact when browsing an addressbook (so
they don't have to select the addressbook all the time when adding a contact).

And then, after adding it, getting back right away to the "add" of the same
addressbook.

When I look in the browse code, I see that there is a CASE "add" in the code,
did someone already make this, or is it a configuration option somewhere?
