[turba] disabling creation of new contact on read-only backend

Hi,

the config option 'readonly' => true, will not be used any more in  
turba 2.1. please see the upgrade info in ./docs/

I had se same problem too, if yopu want to disable other "normal"user  
from editing your ldap entries you have to set up the permission in  
the global permission configuration.
