[turba] Only one adresse book

Hi everyone,

Hi have a little question about the two address book of turba
- My Address
- Private address

I wonder if there is a way to just have only one address book in the 
menu, because I didn't find anything when I installed turba for this 
subject.

And another little question what is the purpose of the
"Name of client addressbook" which has for value "localsql" in the 
administration of turba.
