[turba] Undefined index:charsetin /usr/opt/IAE651/usr/internet/horde/turba/lib/Driver/sql.phponline 423

See the 'params' entry of your sql address book. It should either  
contain a 'charset' parameter, or merge the $conf['sql'] array.
