[turba] Upgrading from Turba 1.2 to 2.0

	Wow - right you are. 
	Could have sworn I ran that script, but a peek at the database via 
phpadmin shows this was not the case.
	I finally got things working by creating the Turba table on the new 
install with the Turba 1.1 script, then restoring and running the 1.1 to 1.2 
upgrade script and then the 1.2 to 2.0 script.
	So all fixy now!
