[turba] Import Addresses from Korganizer

I have nothing changed to the default configuration. Is the best way
to look at the file from Korganizer and complain the fields with the
fields defined in turba?

There is no way to control this? For example that turba warns when i
import a file: Attention! There are some fields in the file i have to
import which are not defined in the configuration!

I think this would be useful because if you import a big addressbook
its hard to view if there are all fields defined...
