[turba] Import Addresses from Korganizer

To do this using vCard format, you'd have to locally modify the  
toHash() method to tell it to use multiple addresses, and tell it what  
your email fields are called...

...or, if you could get the data into a csv file instead of vCard, you  
could just import the file, then Turba will ask you how to map your  
fields if it can't figure them out.  This is assuming of course that  
you have created the necessary fields in the database, with  
appropriate entires in sources.php and attirbutes.php.
