[turba] 'required' attribute bug with tabs?

When i use tabs the 'required' attributes does not work properly when an entry i 
added and the filed in empty.

Without tabs the attribute turns red with a message saying this field is required.

With tabs, the form submit and the tabs are visible but there is not input 
fields anymore and the foot it moved up right below the tabs. There is not error 
message or anything to the user. You can keep pressing submit over and over 
again and nothing happens.

PHP 5.1.2
HORDE 3.1.3
IMP 4.1.3
TURBA 2.1.3
