[turba] add to address book from email

Ok - i like how whenever you see email address it give that look book icon to 
add to the address book.

I think there is even a pref in IMP to tell it what address book to add.

I got that set up to the localsql default one.

However, what i can't figure out is how it knows how to map those?

So of the fomrat

'name <email>'

It seems email always seems to find the email fied ok - but i can't seem to 
figure out how it decides where to put name.

Is this configurable?
