[turba] Adding and modifying fields to the addressbook

 From this statement I assume that you do not have access to edit the  
source code or storage backend.  In this case, you cannot add or  
modify the fields of your address books.

If this is not the case, you need to edit config/attributes.php,  
config/sources.php, and ensure that the backend storage can store all  
your fields.
