[turba] How many are using virtual address books?

I'm not talking about cutting them, I'm talking about having people  
re-create them after upgrading to 2.2/HEAD.
I don't have any intention of removing the feature, though I did  
simplify it a bit. Hearing you say "automatically updated distribution  
lists", though, I wonder if it would make more sense to have virtual  
contact groups instead of virtual address books. That way you _could_  
email the results of a search.

There was one error because shares were being saved twice, which was  
confusing but not fatal, but also vbooks weren't saving their  
criteria. I don't know why that was.
