[turba] Disappearing contacts from all the personal address books

Sorry, it's Turba 2.1.5 and surely was not upgraded for many weeks.

It was running together with Horde 3.1.4 for a long time with no 
problem. Then, yesterday this issue hit in. Then, I upgraded Horde from 
3.1.4 to 3.1.5, but that didn't help.
