[turba] cant browse addresses after upgrage to turba 2.2

hi,

we're installing the latest versions of horde, imp and turba and i'm 
having trouble viewing the address book contents after upgrading turba 
from 2.1 to 2.2.1. i've run the upgrade script 
(2.1_to_2.2_add_sql_share_tables.sql) but.. when i click on browse i get 
"db error: no such field".

the tables and address book contents are in mysql.

few sources have mentioned user name changes being the culprit (e.g. 
username at hostname.com vs. just username) but the turba_objects table is 
storing the user info with the realm data and the realm data is listed in 
horde/imp/config/servers.php.

still not sure why i cant access the address book contents.
